  • Specialized in all areas of intellectual property for over 30 years, particularly in litigation and client strategic counselling; has acted as counsel in numerous IP cases in the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Superior Court of Quebec; appeared many times before the Trade-marks Opposition Board; acted on numerous occasions as arbitrator/panellist for Domain Name Dispute Resolution cases.
